Requirement:

• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, and warehouse management, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Leads end-to-end planning and allocation of truck trailer fleets across multiple transport operations Bonded Sea, Air/Shuttle, and Domestic (Feeder, Repo, and Return Empty) ensuring full operational readiness and efficiency.
• Designs and establishes cost frameworks, including variable and fixed unit costs, lead time planning, and budgeting for contract vendor operations, ensuring accurate integration within the CGS Portal cost system.
• Negotiates and finalizes transport rates with vendors (Trip Basis and On-Call), ensuring cost efficiency, service reliability, and compliance with internal pricing mechanisms.
• Oversees warehouse operations and space management, including General Warehouses, Bonded Logistics Centers (PLB), and Open Yards aligning facilities with specific customer storage and service needs.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and operational excellence in customs and warehousing activities through structured planning, performance monitoring, and quality control.
• Drives team performance, manpower, and resource planning while fostering collaboration and maintaining effectiveness under pressure. Holds or prioritizes Supply Chain Manager and Customs Expertise certifications.
• Demonstrates strong communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Recognized for integrity, a strong work ethic, discipline, and professional conduct.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written). Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic, Transportation Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
