Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of solid tax management experience, ideally from financial services or multinational environments, with a proven ability to lead complex tax engagements, oversee risk and compliance processes, manage client advisory discussions, and ensure high-quality execution across due diligence, regulatory analysis, and team supervision.
• Drive strategic project direction by steering high-level discussions, defining clear scopes of work and exclusions, and shaping the overall execution blueprint for complex tax engagements.
• Ensures profitable project execution by calculating fees, forecasting resource costs, and proactively steering timelines and milestones.
• Optimize team execution and workload balance, supervising task allocation across Senior Associates and Associates, and ensuring aligned, high-impact contributions throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary client-facing leader, facilitating structured meetings, guiding discussions, and aligning stakeholders to achieve engagement objectives while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Elevate technical excellence by overseeing regulatory research, reviewing deliverables, mentoring junior staff, and managing end-to-end data and document coordination for due diligence and tax advisory projects.
• Highly analytical, detail-driven, and agile, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset that thrives in diverse, fast-changing environments.
• Proficiency in English both in written and spoken. Bachelor's degree from Accounting, Management, Legal, Finance, or related fields.
