Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in manufacturing or medical device distribution, with proven expertise in managing end-to-end import processes align government regulations and leading warehouse and logistics teams.
• Manage, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient operational performance.
• Oversee and optimize the entire import process, including documentation, permits, clearance, and coordination with customs and freight forwarders.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate supply chain strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and government policies related to import and distribution.
• Monitor inventory using Accurate Online, maintain stock accuracy, and prepare regular performance reports while coordinating with production, sales, and procurement teams to ensure smooth supply and distribution.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders, including international partners.
• Proficient in Accurate Online and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics or other related fields.
