Senior Brand Manager (Beverages)
Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience across the region and international markets, driving end-to-end brand strategy, leading integrated campaigns, owning P&L performance, and translating deep consumer insights into scalable growth initiatives that strengthen market share and long-term brand equity within the FMCG landscape.
- Lead integrated, cross-agency collaborations and cultivate strategic partnerships to architect culturally relevant, omnichannel brand communications that win in a digitally driven marketplace.
- Define and execute long-term brand vision and growth strategies grounded in deep consumer, customer, and shopper insights positioning the brand for sustained competitive advantage.
- Translate strategy into high-impact execution plans that consistently outperform competitors, accelerate market share growth, and strengthen brand equity.
- Own and drive full P&L accountability, proactively managing performance levers and partnering with commercial teams to deliver ambitious annual operating plans.
- Champion holistic brand-building excellence across all growth drivers innovation, communication, distribution, and activation while delivering measurable, transformational business results.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and executive presence, thriving in complex, fast-paced, matrix environments while building trusted senior stakeholder relationships and upholding deep personal accountability for outstanding performance.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation mastery, combined with sharp attention to detail driving stakeholder alignment, protecting brand integrity, and ensuring precision in execution across complex commercial initiatives.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Management, Business, or related field.
