Requirement:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, preferably within landed residential, township, or large-scale housing development projects, with a solid track record of delivering projects from site preparation to final handover.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple housing units or cluster developments simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation, smooth coordination between contractors, and consistent construction progress across multiple work fronts.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, including the ability to develop realistic construction timelines, monitor progress and maintain strict cost control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Extensive experience in contractor, subcontractor, and vendor management, including contractor evaluation, site supervision, performance monitoring, and ensuring that all parties adhere to project specifications, timelines, and contractual obligations.
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, with a proven commitment to maintaining safe construction environments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enforcing safety protocols across project sites.
• Experience working within multinational project environments or exposure to Japanese construction standards, discipline, and quality culture will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, with strong technical understanding of structural works, site development, and residential construction methodologies.
