Requirement:

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience managing logistics and supply chain operations, with hands-on responsibility for overseeing shipping and warehouse activities, optimizing inventory flow, managing carriers and distribution networks, and driving operational efficiency, cost control, and service excellence within transportation-driven environments.
• Drive end-to-end logistics and warehouse strategy, aligning transportation, inventory, and distribution plans to support business growth and service excellence.
• Manage carrier sourcing and contract negotiations, building strong partnerships to secure competitive rates and consistent service performance.
• Lead logistics transformation initiatives, improving processes, prioritization, and project execution to enhance speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Own transportation and warehousing cost governance, developing forecasts, cost models, and tracking savings across all modes.
• Plan and organize logistics resources with precision, balancing time, manpower, and assets to meet operational demands.
• Demonstrates exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, complemented by excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills that drive effective collaboration and high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent in English written/oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
