Requirement:

• Demonstrate strong maritime operational expertise with at least 7 years of ship agency or maritime operations experience (minimum 5 years in leadership role), including proven capability managing complex 24/7 operations covering Tankers, Dry Cargo, Cruise, Project, Navy, P&I, and Husbandry activities.
• Take full ownership of 24/7 ship agency operations, ensuring seamless vessel arrival, port stay, and departure across all assigned ports with operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for principals and clients, delivering proactive, transparent, and solution-oriented communication while safeguarding service quality and company reputation.
• Lead and manage vessel clearance processes with port authorities, terminals, customs, immigration, quarantine, and other regulatory bodies, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian maritime regulations.
• Oversee and control operational costs, including accurate preparation and review of Proforma and Final Disbursement Accounts (PDA/FDA), ensuring financial transparency, cost efficiency, and margin protection.
• Enforce strict company SOPs, HSSE standards, and regulatory compliance while proactively identifying operational risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage and evaluate external service providers to ensure service excellence, compliance, cost competitiveness, and long-term partnership reliability.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping Management, Logistics, or related field, with proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting systems.
