Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience preferably in Ammonia, Petrochemical, Methanol, Oil & Gas, or Fertilizer sectors with deep knowledge of Ammonia plant processes, extensive hands-on experience in start-up, shutdown, and emergency operations, and holding relevant production certifications or training.
• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Ammonia and Utility plants to ensure optimal safety, efficiency, and reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to quickly resolve issues while maintaining strict compliance with HSE policies.
• Continuously monitor plant performance, analyze data, and communicate insights to support seamless shift transitions and ongoing operational excellence.
• Mentor and train operators to build their skills, confidence, and readiness for various operational challenges.
• Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures, collaborating with vendors and contractors to ensure safe and successful pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities, all while exemplifying safety and leadership in emergency situations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and troubleshooting skills, consistently demonstrating discipline, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Willing to work on a roster-based schedule (6w/3w) in Central Sulawesi.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or related field.
