Senior Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

report to the National Sales Manager

Requirement:
- Minimum of 7 years’ successful B2B sales and business development within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sectors. Demonstrates a strong history of consistently surpassing revenue targets through strategic client engagement and solution selling.
- Skilled in managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing. Adept at identifying new market opportunities and delivering tailored, competitive freight solutions across air, sea, and land modes.
- Deep understanding of global logistics operations, import/export procedures, INCOTERMS, and shipping documentation, enabling effective communication of complex solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships through exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Focused on delivering value-added services that foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Utilizes market analysis and industry insights to expand client base and seize new business opportunities. Keeps abreast of industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Works seamlessly with internal teams: operations, customs, customer service to ensure smooth service delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly adaptable. Demonstrates excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
- Willing and able to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and company representations. Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written). Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
