Requirement:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in piping engineering within the Oil & Gas or Power Plant industries. The Senior Piping Engineer will be responsible for the design, review, and supervision of piping systems for water treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Extensive experience in FEED and EPC projects activities related to piping design of WTP and WWTP for Oil and Gas Project. Proficient knowledge and working experience of piping design involved with all phases of projects from FEED to detail engineering and through to construction and pre- commissioning, project management and QC controls and procedures of piping designs.
• Has an ability to lead piping layout design work in order to reflect piping design requirements based upon process requirement, piping flexibility, operability, accessibility and maintainability.
• Has an ability to develop plant layout (i.e., plot plan) from a blank canvas based upon logical process flow sequence and safety aspect.
• Working knowledge of design software for piping designs such as AutoPipe and CAESAR II for piping flexibility analysis, SmartPlant for 3D Model and other design software related to piping design.
• Familiar with using the 3D Model software that can be combined with 2D, Isometric Drawing, Material tracking, used to monitor construction progress.
• Familiar with international standards and codes such as ASME, ANSI, ASTM, API, AWWA, etc.
• Possess strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
