Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in leading IT infrastructure and service management, specializing in network design, administration, and installation, alongside hands-on expertise in database systems including MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and Amazon RDS.
• Lead and manage the IT and Network team to ensure secure, stable, and high-performing infrastructure that supports all business operations, including staff recruitment, development, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure and network systems, covering hardware, cabling, wireless technology, and IT security to maintain seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust network architecture for LAN, WAN, and remote access, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with company growth.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, including server hardware, software, and operating systems, while generating regular performance and security reports.
• Develop and enforce IT security and disaster recovery plans, proactively addressing cybersecurity risks, data protection, and business continuity strategies.
• Maintain technology upgrades, procurement, and innovation, ensuring the organization stays ahead with cutting-edge systems and industry best practices.
• Having a strong leadership and management capabilities with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; highly detail-oriented and adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively to ensure optimal results.
• Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
