Requirement:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation systems within the Oil & Gas or Power Plant industries. The Senior Instrument Engineer will play a key role in the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems related to water treatment facilities, ensuring project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.
• Extensive experience in FEED and EPC engineering activities related to instrumentation and control systems design of WTP and WWTP for Oil and Gas Project facilities. Proficient knowledge and working experience of instrument and control system design involved with all phases of projects from FEED to detail engineering and design through to construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning, project management and QC controls and procedures relating to instrument and control engineering.
• Knowledge and working experience of control and safety system design including instrument engineering (including flow metering and analyzer system), process control and Safety Instrumented System (ICSS), fire and gas system and package system.
• Knowledge and experience with requirements of HAZOP, SIL and studies including the likes of general design rules for SIS implementation and SIL validation.
• Knowledge and working experience with instrument design and calculation software.
• Familiarity with the related standards and codes such as ISA, IEC, ISO, API, etc.
• Possess strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills, coupled with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, enabling effective performance in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical (Low Voltage) or Physics Engineering.
