Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of proven QC Coating Supervisor experience in engineering, fabrication, and/or quality control service companies within oil & gas, petrochemical, civil works (roads/high-rise buildings/bridges) mining, geothermal, or power plant sectors. 
• Hold a valid, industry-recognized Coating Inspection certification from an authorized body, demonstrating professional competence and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and perform end-to-end coating inspections across new and existing facilities, ensuring strict adherence to SSPC/NACE standards and delivering world-class coating quality.
• Supervise coating application processes to prevent defects, enforce technical specifications, and ensure long-term asset protection and performance.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and company stakeholders to meet quality objectives, proactively resolve coating-related issues, and safeguard overall project integrity.
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive QC inspection reports, providing clear, actionable insights to drive transparency, compliance, and continuous quality improvement.
• Proficient in driving a manual car and possessing a valid, relevant driver's license.
• Demonstrates exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling seamless collaboration with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure coating quality, compliance, and project success.
• Good English with minimum Diploma Degree in any Engineering disciplines or related fields.
