Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of proven leadership experience in industrial and property/asset management, or brokerage, with a strong track record in driving portfolio strategy, maximizing asset value, optimizing occupancy, leading leasing and negotiations, and overseeing end-to-end property operations.
• Lead end-to-end operations of industrial and logistics assets, ensuring optimal safety standards, regulatory compliance, asset reliability, and day-to-day operational excellence.
• Drive asset performance and value creation through proactive maintenance planning, CAPEX management, and continuous optimization of building and infrastructure performance.
• Define and execute leasing strategies encompassing tenant acquisition, lease structuring, renewals, and exits, supported by market intelligence and rental benchmarking to maximize occupancy and yield.
• Own commercial negotiations and transactions, leading leasing discussions from initial engagement through deal closure with tenants, brokers, and landowners.
• Serve as the strategic relationship lead for tenants and key partners, fostering long-term partnerships while effectively managing escalations, disputes, and tenant satisfaction.
• Ensure strong governance and reporting, maintaining full compliance with contracts, regulations, and company policies while delivering insightful performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
• Demonstrates strong communication and relationship management skills, combines a hands-on execution style with commercial acumen, works autonomously, and excels in analytical problem-solving. 
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Property, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
