Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project procurement, leading end-to-end sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, and materials delivery to support complex EPC, oil & gas, or construction projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrate strong command of procurement terms, conditions, and subcontracting frameworks, with solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant and risk-controlled project execution.
• Lead end-to-end project procurement operations, covering sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, purchasing, inspection, documentation, and record management to support seamless project delivery.
• Leverage ERP systems (preferably SAP MM) and digital tools to manage procurement transactions, track materials, and ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across the supply chain.
• Operate with high independence and accountability, proactively managing tasks with minimal supervision while delivering clear, structured progress updates to key stakeholders.
• Anticipate procurement risks and challenges early, developing mitigation plans and driving continuous improvement, supported by strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems and technologies.
• Demonstrates sharp problem-solving and decisive judgment, with proven leadership in navigating fast-paced EPC project environments to drive timely, high-impact procurement outcomes.
• Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any Engineering disciplines, or related field.
