Requirement:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in shipping or logistics, with a background in project cargo or dangerous goods preferred, demonstrated expertise in pricing, cost analysis, and revenue management, a strong understanding of project cargo operations and industry-specific logistics, and proven collaboration skills across sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams to successfully develop and implement strategic pricing solutions.
• Expand the project cargo segment at the country level, with a focus on OOG and Breakbulk shipments.
• Identify target accounts, establish, and nurture relationships with project cargo customers.
• Prepare timely quotations considering cargo specifics, and accurately collect transportation and handling costs, factoring in weight, dimensions, routings, and special requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date pricing databases and develop efficient tools and processes to support business needs collaboratively with other departments.
• Conduct market research on trends and competitor pricing, monitor quotation conversion rates, and provide insights on pricing effectiveness to management.
• Proactive engagement, a solutions-oriented mindset, demonstrate strong teamwork, effective communication, adaptability to dynamic project requirements, a committed and detail-focused approach, combined with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
• Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other related fields.
