Requirement:
- Minimum of 15 years in oil & gas/LNG including 10 years in senior project management roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex brownfield projects or executing large-scale blanket contracts, demonstrating their ability to manage high-stakes operations efficiently. Experience in Papua New Guinea with ExxonMobil projects is highly advantageous, reflecting familiarity with industry standards and expectations.
- Expertly lead and coordinate multiple interconnected projects, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching business goals and strategic vision.
- Drive efficient execution across all project phases, minimizing delays and optimizing resource utilization for maximum productivity.
- Consistently achieve and surpass program objectives, delivering projects on scope, on time, and within budget—setting new benchmarks for excellence.
- Foster strong stakeholder partnerships, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder buy-in, and unified progress toward shared goals.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies, maintaining project stability and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Possessing exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide diverse teams, combined with outstanding communication abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels, and a sharp, proactive problem-solving mindset that anticipates challenges and drives innovative solutions.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management or other related fields. PMP or equivalent preferred.
