Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in structured finance, direct lending, or specialty finance, with deep expertise in asset-backed financing structures. Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of complex capital solutions, drive asset-backed lending transactions from sourcing through closing, optimize funding strategies to support portfolio growth, cultivate strategic relationships with institutional lenders and capital partners.
• Originate, negotiate, and execute complex Asset-Backed Lending (ABL) and structured credit transactions, driving strategic capital solutions for European Direct Lending platforms.
• Cultivate and expand a robust network of European banking and institutional lending partners, strengthening long-term capital relationships and market access.
• Structure and optimize diverse financing solutions, addressing portfolio debt capital requirements with innovative, risk-adjusted strategies.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, credit, legal, and internal stakeholders to lead transactions seamlessly from term sheet development through successful closing.
• Continuously assess market dynamics and emerging financing trends, identifying strategic opportunities to enhance funding structures and competitive positioning.
• Leverage a proven track record in sourcing and closing structured credit and ABL transactions, delivering disciplined execution and measurable value creation.
• Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders under tight deadlines Dependable, great attitude, highly motivated and a team player. Strong analytical and structuring skills, with fluency in fund return modeling specific to leverage transactions. 
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
