Premium Beverages Sales Manager
Requirement:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury sales development, with proven success in managing High Net worth Individuals (HNWI) client portfolios and consistently delivering sales growth.
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with HNWI in Indonesia, understanding their unique needs and tailoring sales strategies accordingly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HNWI segment, achieving sales targets and contributing to brand growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing & product) to create customized luxury solutions and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Organize exclusive events, experiences, and tastings to engage HNWI clients and showcase premium brands.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to ensure offerings remain competitive and relevant; provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Bring strong direct to client sales experience (luxury/hospitality/premium goods), strong business acumen, self-starter attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to connect with clients authentically, earning trust through attentive service and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
