Power Plant Operation Deputy Manager
Project-based

Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years Power Plant Operation Shift Leader of proven experience in Coal-Fired Power Plant (PLTU) operations, maintenance, or power generation activities, with strong understanding of plant operational safety, technical systems, and performance monitoring.
- Support plant operational activities and assist the Operations Manager in ensuring efficient, reliable, and safe power plant performance.
- Lead and ensure operational safety of personnel, equipment, and plant facilities in compliance with company procedures and industry safety standards.
- Monitor plant performance including operational, technical, safety, and production parameters to maintain optimum plant efficiency and operational reliability.
- Conduct routine inspections, operational evaluations, and technical assessments to identify operational issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyse operational and production data, prepare performance reports, and provide technical recommendations to improve plant operations and departmental procedures.
- Oversee technical operations, production activities, training programs, and departmental administrative functions to support smooth daily plant operations.
- Possesses strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise personnel, manage operational priorities effectively, and maintain high attention to safety and operational standards.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written, proven by IELTS/TOEFL certification; Mandarin proficiency is a mandatory. A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or other related disciplines.
