Requirement:

• Minimum of 9-10 years of progressive experience in PPIC within manufacturing environments, preferably in cosmetic toll/OEM/ODM industries.
• Lead end-to-end Production Planning & Inventory Control strategy, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, production capacity, and material availability.
• Drive monthly sales forecast validation and production planning cycles, delivering accurate best-estimate projections to support business targets.
• Oversee material requirement planning (MRP), including raw materials and packaging materials (PM), ensuring optimal inventory levels and uninterrupted production flow.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QA, and Commercial teams to synchronize scheduling, new product launches, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor daily production output performance, analyze gaps against plan, and implement corrective actions to maintain service level excellence.
• Manage inbound raw material and packaging scheduling, as well as finished goods delivery to customers, ensuring on-time and efficient logistics coordination.
• Leverage ERP systems (iERP, WMS, or equivalent) and advanced Excel analytics to enhance planning accuracy, inventory control, and data-driven decision making, supported by strong analytical, numerical, detail-oriented capabilities, and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
