Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or commercial/residential interior projects, with a track record of successfully delivering projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction, furniture production, finishing works, material specifications, installation methods, and site execution, ensuring projects are completed according to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, interior, shop, and technical drawings, while identifying potential design or construction issues and providing practical solutions.
• Proven experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring project milestones, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently achieved within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely decision-making.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and changing project priorities.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other project management or construction-related software to support project planning, reporting, and documentation.
• Willing to travel and work on-site as required, actively supervising project progress, monitoring installation activities, resolving site issues, and ensuring successful project delivery in compliance with company standards.
• Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Diploma’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
