Requirement:

• Minimum 20 years of strong experience in plant maintenance, including significant experience in a managerial or leadership position with proven experience in Ammonia plant for similar role.
• Expertise in all Maintenance areas including Mechanical, Electrical dan Instrumentation with strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies, as well as Instrumentation & Control Systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA, ITCC, and MMS).
• Experienced in managing plant shutdowns, start-ups, and turnarounds, driving equipment reliability, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), maintenance planning, critical spare parts management, and continuous reliability improvement.
• Lead and oversee all plant maintenance operations, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, and planned maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance resources and performance, including budgeting, cost control, contractor management, workforce development, maintenance KPIs, engineering documentation, and CMMS to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and other stakeholders to align maintenance priorities with business objectives while providing regular performance reports, key risk assessments, and continuous improvement recommendations to senior management.
• Good understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance, maintenance budgeting and cost control, contractor and resource management, and proficiency in CMMS, engineering documentation, and maintenance performance reporting. Supported by strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, and willing to work under a rotational schedule. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
