Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in project management for high-rise, mixed-use developments construction projects, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully leading large-scale developments from initiation to completion. Expert in strategic planning, coordination, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards. Proven ability to manage complex projects, mitigate risks, and achieve objectives consistently, driving successful outcomes across diverse and demanding construction environments.
• Lead and manage multiple large-scale construction projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality standards.  
• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.  
• Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.  
• Monitor progress, address issues promptly, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays, control costs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.  
• Manage procurement activities, subcontractors, and suppliers, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and senior management.  
• Lead and motivate project teams, foster collaboration, and serve as the primary liaison to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Strong knowledge in local building codes, safety and environmental regulations, procurement processes, and experienced in using project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal talents; highly proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering quality and safety; adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and managing multiple priorities under pressure to achieve optimal results.
• Proficiency in English both in written and spoken. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Architect Engineering, Construction/Project Management, or related field; expert in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly preferred.
