Requirement:

• Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, and hands-on expertise in plastic injection molding (thermoplastic, LSR, two-shots molding, ISBM) processes.
• Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives, providing technical direction on part design, tooling concepts, and material selection to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.
• Own and manage budgets for New Product Introduction (NPI), process sustainability, and continuous improvement programs across manufacturing operations such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing process yield, reducing cycle time, enhancing product quality, and implementing cost and safety improvements.
• Lead tooling troubleshooting, mold optimization, and defect resolution (dimensional & cosmetic), ensuring long-term reliability and serviceability of molds.
• Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, risk assessment tools, root cause analysis) to define issues, analyze factory data, and implement data-driven corrective actions.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture built on collaboration, technical rigor, and continuous innovation, supported by knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISO 13485 preferred), CAD tools (UG-NX/SolidWorks), PLC, and automation systems.
• Design and implement efficient manufacturing operations, lead and develop a talented team, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive business results.
• Proven leader with exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills, able to drive change, motivate staff, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
