Executive/Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

up to IDR 15 Million per month

Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Interpreter; experienced in managing both administrative and personal/family matters for Executives; capable of multitasking with high attention to detail and accuracy; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; possessing a valid driver's license (SIM A) is a plus.
  • Oversee and organize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, business trips, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between the CEO, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide translation support for documents and correspondence in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English.
  • Coordinate with household staff, security personnel, and vendors for home management and renovation projects.
  • Arrange transportation logistics for the CEO and family, and liaise with educational institutions and tutors regarding children’s schedules and needs.
  • Highly disciplined, proactive, and resourceful with strong initiative; patient, excellent communicator, and adaptable to changing circumstances; trustworthy in handling confidential company and family information; flexible to work beyond standard office hours as needed.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory, with proficiency in English considered an advantage. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or Languages or other related fields.
