Requirement:

• Minimum of 12 years of comprehensive design and engineering experience in oil & gas (upstream and downstream) or chemical/petrochemical projects, including at least 8 years as an offshore structure engineer.
• Candidates must possess mature offshore structural design analysis experience using recognized software, have proven expertise in FPSO projects and offshore structure engineering, demonstrate strong knowledge of internationally recognized codes and standards, and be capable of providing technical support across procurement, fabrication, installation, and construction phases.
• Develop design documents in accordance with the Quality Management System as a preparer.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination through input/checks, 3D reviews, workshops, and other collaborative activities.
• Provide engineering support for fabrication, installation, and construction phases.
• Support procurement activities with necessary engineering inputs.
• Offer engineering expertise related to QA/QC processes, including inspections, factory acceptance tests, and certification procedures.
• Possess strong problem-solving, technical troubleshooting skills, with good communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Marine/Ocean Engineering, or a related field.
