National Sales Manager (Hemodialysis)

Requirement:

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in hemodialysis, with strong market understanding (including KSO partnerships with hospitals, government, and pharmaceutical companies), and demonstrate the ability to lead market development, manage key accounts, collaborate with distributors and healthcare professionals, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies for dialysis machines and consumables across Indonesia.
  • Drive sales and business development for hemodialysis products across Indonesia by managing key accounts, building relationships with hospitals, nephrologists, and kidney specialists, and identifying new business opportunities.  
  • Effectively manage and support some local distributors, ensuring strong partnerships, smooth sales channels, and timely collection of market feedback for continuous improvement.  
  • Collaborate closely with the local sales team, engineers, assistants, and regional leaders to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on both capital equipment and consumables.  
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives to achieve regional growth, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and contribute to overall brand expansion.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, enabling strong engagement with clinical stakeholders, hospital decision-makers, and internal teams.
  • Excellent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related medical/science field, ensuring strong technical and clinical understanding of medical device products.
