National Sales Manager

Requirement:

  • Minimum 15 years of FMCG experience in customer sales and distributor management. Demonstrates exceptional ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers and partners, consistently delivering key financial targets such as NSV (Net Sales Value), OP (Operating Profit), OCC (Order Conversion Cost), and market share growth.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership, with extensive experience in deploying and managing meaningful financial budgets to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Adept at anticipating and responding to evolving business trends to enhance performance and mitigate potential risks.
  • Skilled in leading negotiations for commercial agreements with distributors, including rolling sales forecasts, credit management, and trade spend optimization.
  • Highly analytical with a strong background in developing profitable customer propositions, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of key commercial metrics and a history of successfully delivering results aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent in negotiation and strategic deal-closing, with a strong track record of securing mutually beneficial agreements. Possesses outstanding verbal communication skills that facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and team leadership. Highly organized with exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, drive sales initiatives, and deliver consistent, impactful results at the national level.
  • Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
