Requirement:

• Minimum 12 years of post-graduate experience with 5 years in senior medical leadership roles (such as GM Medical, Medical Director, or Head of Department), preferably within multi-hospital or large tertiary care environments, with a strong track record in clinical governance, accreditation, and medical staff management.
• Lead enterprise-level medical strategy and governance ensuring alignment of clinical policies, SOPs, and operational execution with the organization’s vision across all hospitals.
• Direct and optimize medical operations performance, coordinating GM Medical leadership, resource allocation, and cross-hospital specialist support to ensure consistent service standards.
• Strengthen clinical quality & patient safety (KARS/JCI) through monitoring key clinical indicators, and leading clinical audits, peer reviews, and M&M evaluations to drive excellence and accountability.
• Oversee credentialing and medical workforce planning, including specialist recruitment, performance governance, competency development, and ethical practice enhancement.
• Develop and scale strategic clinical initiatives, including new service growth, Centers of Excellence, standardized clinical pathways, and digital health adoption (telemedicine, EMR enhancements).
• Ensure regulatory compliance & risk governance, manage medico-legal issues, optimize medical budgeting and resource utilization, lead change management, and drive clinical transformation and operational efficiency across hospitals.
• Demonstrates exceptional strategic leadership with strong execution capability, outstanding communication and stakeholder influence, high integrity and professionalism, resilient decision-making under pressure, and the ability to drive change and inspire medical teams toward excellence.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. Medical Doctor (MD) is required, preferably with specialist credentials (e.g., Internal Medicine, Surgery, Anesthesiology). Advanced qualifications in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or an MBA will be highly preferred.
