Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of healthcare management experience, expertise in establishing and leading Center of Excellence initiatives, and a proven track record in product development, strategic planning, and process improvement to elevate hospital standards and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Develop and refine strategic concepts and content for the Center of Excellence (COE) to achieve predefined revenue targets and throughput goals.
• Manage the branding and positioning of the COE to strengthen its visibility and reputation.
• Generate new service offerings or enhance existing services to ensure continuous improvement and relevance of the COE’s portfolio.
• Design and implement marketing strategies to effectively communicate the benefits of the services to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and market research to assess the performance, profitability, and competitive positioning of the COE’s offerings, ensuring alignment with market needs.
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with the Hospital Director, Division Heads, and cross-functional teams within the corporate structure, as well as with third-party vendors, suppliers, and external partners involved in the implementation of COE activities.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and medical advancements to inform the planning and execution of campaigns effectively.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders including specialist doctors involved in the COE, hospital management, corporate commercial teams, and cross-sector partners and external parties such as patients, corporate clients, insurance providers, and third-party collaborators.
• Exhibits strong leadership, innovative thinking, and analytical skills, complemented by excellent presentation and time management capabilities.
• Fluent in English for medical reading, with additional skills in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean. A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences or a related field is required, with a Master’s Degree (such as MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred, especially for candidates with a medical background.
