Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics Management in a Restaurant/F&B company with multiple warehouses and large SKU volume.
• Lead end-to-end logistics & transportation operations, including warehouse, inventory control, delivery scheduling, and fleet management to ensure seamless distribution and service excellence.
• Monitor inbound–outbound flows and stock movement, ensuring accurate documentation within WMS/ERP, and resolving discrepancies through regular stock counts and system reconciliation.
• Optimize warehouse operations & SOPs, covering receiving, storage, picking/packing, staging, dispatch, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement for efficiency and cost control.
• Plan and allocate fleet resources, manage driver performance, track vehicle utilization & maintenance, and ensure operational compliance and on-time delivery targets.
• Analyze operational KPIs (delivery timeliness, stock accuracy, fulfillment rate, and cost efficiency) to drive data-based decisions and performance improvements.
• Lead and develop the logistics/operations team, building productivity, discipline, cross-functional collaboration, and strong execution capability supporting business growth.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing warehouse and logistics teams, with strong analytical thinking and effective operational decision-making.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.
