Requirement:

• Minimum of 15 years of Operation & Maintenance senior management experience in oil and gas facilities, specializing in LNG plant operations, including safety management, regulatory compliance, process optimization, asset integrity, team leadership, and delivering operational excellence within EPC contracts.
• Oversee all daily operational processes from gas reception and liquefaction to LNG storage and delivery ensuring safety, reliability, and alignment with company targets while maintaining operational continuity and minimizing downtime during maintenance periods.
• Lead and develop the operations team, including operators and technicians, by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure clear understanding of company policies and procedures for optimal and efficient performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies while preparing and submitting routine reports on project progress, safety metrics, and operational performance.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, cut costs, and optimize plant performance, while effectively managing the LNG operational budget to ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic goals and KPI targets.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations while maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and customers.
• Possessing exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage teams effectively, exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex situations, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering: Chemical/Mechanical or other related fields.
