Legal Manager
Contract
report to the Head of Corporate Secretary

up to IDR 15 Million per month
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of Legal experience to ensuring corporate legal compliance, drafting and reviewing contracts, addressing legal issues, and managing industrial relations. This role is vital in fostering strong corporate governance, mitigating legal risks, and resolving employment matters in accordance with applicable regulations driving the company towards sustainable growth and legal excellence.
- Provide legal opinions on documents, contracts, and policies to ensure sound legal guidance.
- Approve standardized contract templates for the group to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Recommend and select external legal consultants to support complex legal matters.
- Advise on strategic dispute resolution options to mitigate legal risks effectively.
- Develop, review, and update corporate legal policies and strategic agreements to align with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor relevant regulatory developments, manage legal documentation systematically, and handle urgent legal issues or special assignments from leadership.
- A strong leadership & team development skills with excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and a high level of integrity to maintain confidentiality/handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Good in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or related field.
