Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Legal Officer or Legal Staff in construction, infrastructure, property, or regional development companies; and have experience handling legal aspects of construction and/or infrastructure projects, including land acquisition processes such as land status identification, document verification, negotiations with landowners, and rights relinquishment.
• Experienced in obtaining construction and infrastructure project permits from both national and local government agencies, including coordination with ATR/BPN, local authorities, notaries/PPAT, and related agencies.
• Skilled in resolving legal issues related to land, permits, and project implementation, with the ability to conduct legal risk mitigation to ensure smooth project execution.
• Possess a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations in land affairs, land acquisition, permits, and regulations related to construction and infrastructure projects.  
• Familiar with land procurement processes, project licensing, land administration, and legal aspects involved in the execution of construction/infrastructure projects.  
• Capable of conducting legal document analysis, legal due diligence, and preparing and reviewing legal documents related to land acquisition, permits, and project implementation.  
• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with landowners, ATR/BPN, local government, notaries/PPAT, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable, ethical, and detail-oriented professional with strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, able to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with local communities, remote teams, and leadership.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (Perdata, Agraria, or Administrasi Negara) or related fields.
