Lead Backend Developer
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of Backend Development in Python with expertise in FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, scalable architecture, deploying AI features (DeepAI, HuggingFace), LLM performance and prompt design, AWS DevOps, and familiarity with React.
- Own end-to-end backend development, contribute to React frontend features, and provide technical leadership in AI feature design alongside product and clinical teams.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable backend services in Python (FastAPI) to deliver high-performance solutions.
- Design and implement AI-native features, including LLM-based logic and embeddings, overseeing the entire AI component lifecycle from initial prototyping to seamless deployment.
- Partner with product and design teams to optimize AI user experience, maintaining top standards of code quality, testability, and performance.
- Contribute to frontend React logic as needed to support overall project goals.
- Drive engineering team growth by mentoring team members, guiding hiring decisions, and setting technical standards to ensure excellence.
- Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related fields.
