Key Account Executive (Industrials Lubricant)
Contract
report to the Sales Manager
Jakarta, Indonesia
up to IDR 10 Million per month
Requirement:
- Having more than 5 years successful B2B Sales/Key Account (Industrials Lubricant) proven experience in the Marine, Manufacturing and Mining sectors in Indonesia.
- Identify and target potential clients within the marine, manufacturing, and mining sectors while generating leads through networking, referrals, and market research, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by providing tailored solutions based on customer needs and industry requirements, while promptly addressing inquiries and issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to leverage sales opportunities while conducting product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the benefits and applications of lubricants.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure that product knowledge and marketing strategies align with customer expectations, while also contributing to the development of promotional materials and sales tools.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback to senior management on sales activities/performance and market conditions.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- High level of motivation/can do attitude, open-minded, flexible, pragmatic, creative, autonomous since the position will have frequent trips to all over Indonesia to visit clients or attend industry events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
