Interior Design Manager
Requirement:
- Minimum 7 years of interior design experience within the property and construction industry. Lead projects from concept to completion, manage contractor and vendor coordination, control budgets and timelines, oversee material approvals and site inspections, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with design and brand standards.
- Lead end-to-end interior design and fit-out execution, overseeing projects from concept development through final completion to ensure seamless realization of design vision.
- Coordinate closely with design teams, contractors, and suppliers, safeguarding design integrity while ensuring technical feasibility and on-site excellence.
- Review and approve materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting selections, maintaining strict adherence to brand standards, quality benchmarks, and aesthetic excellence.
- Develop and manage interior project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting, ensuring cost control, timeline adherence, and transparent stakeholder communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality, proactively resolving design or execution challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Oversee procurement and vendor management processes, collaborating with Project Management to track daily and weekly site progress and lead smooth project handovers aligned with premium quality standards.
- Exhibits strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precise design execution, seamless stakeholder coordination, and consistently refined project outcomes.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s Degree in Architect Engineering, Design Interior, or other related fields.
