Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development or Growth, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with proven expertise in P&L management and a strong track record within the financial services industry, particularly banking, multifinance, fintech, or digital payments.
• Lead the strategic planning and growth agenda for the Loan business, establishing monthly budgets, performance targets, and growth initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
• Develop and execute data-driven business strategies by analyzing disbursement trends, customer behavior, loan application performance, and profitability to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize business performance.
• Design and optimize customer segmentation frameworks based on GMV potential, risk profile, and profit contribution, working closely with Risk to ensure segments support sustainable and profitable growth.
• Drive cross-functional execution of strategic programs and experiments, partnering with Marketing, Marketing Technology, IT, Compliance, Finance, and other teams to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee business performance reporting and strategic reviews, translating key performance indicators and market insights into actionable recommendations to improve growth, customer acquisition, product experience, and long-term business sustainability.
• Ensure strategic initiatives remain commercially viable and compliant, balancing growth ambitions with budget discipline, customer profitability, risk considerations, regulatory requirements, and operational capabilities.
• Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Communication, Management, or a related field.
