Requirement:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE leadership, preferably within Fertilizer, Ammonia, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas Industries.
• Having Strong knowledge of SMK3, OHSAS, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems along with knowledge and experience in Process Safety Management (PSM), Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Protection Systems, Fire Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control, HAZOP, and Emergency Response Management.
• Develop, review, and implement HSE procedures, emergency response systems, and training programs while promoting strong HSE awareness across the organization.
• Lead incident investigations, analyze accident trends, conduct risk assessments, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions, including participation in HAZOP and safety reviews.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensure compliance with SMK3 and Environmental Management Systems, and maintain strong coordination with government regulators.
• Plan and execute HSE strategies, oversee occupational health programs, control departmental budgets, and drive continuous improvement to ensure a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
• Licensed as Lead Auditor for SMK3 or OHSAS and having certification of Incident Investigator (e.g., RCAT, 5 Whys, TapRoot).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
