Requirement:

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management within the energy sector, including oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, geothermal, or power plant projects.
• Lead and supervise Safety Supervisors and Safety Specialists to provide construction execution services and manage and oversee workplace safety for construction activities carried out by Construction Contractors.
• Lead, control, and monitor contractor activities within the assigned area to ensure implementation of the contractor’s safety management plan and full compliance with the Company’s safety policies at the worksite.
• Work closely with the Company to ensure mandatory safety training programs (safety induction and SWP) are implemented for all Contractor and Company personnel under their supervision.
• Proven expertise in conducting HSE inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments on construction sites, along with the ability to develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HSE plans, procedures, and programs to ensure regulatory compliance and foster a strong safety culture.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global and local HSE standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, OHSAS 18001, API, IEC), complemented by strong experience in delivering safety training, conducting awareness sessions, and utilizing HSE management systems and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Hold a valid certification as a AK3 Kemnaker/BNSP, or equivalent is mandatory highly preferred.
• Proficient in driving a manual car and possessing a valid, relevant driver's license.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline is required; additional certifications or training in HSE management will be an advantage.
