HRD Manager
Requirement:
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with proven leadership across end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and industrial relations while ensuring full compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulatory standards.
- Drive and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational vision, supporting workforce excellence, talent sustainability, and business growth within a regulated healthcare environment.
- Lead end-to-end HR operations covering talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, and industrial relations with high operational accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations, proactively managing policy updates, audits, and risk mitigation in line with the latest statutory requirements.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to leadership, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, succession, and talent development to strengthen long-term capability.
- Oversee robust HR governance and systems, including HRIS, employee data management, SOP development, and continuous process improvement to ensure efficiency and data integrity.
- Lead constructive industrial relations and employee engagement by effectively managing disputes, employment agreements, and stakeholder communications to ensure a compliant and harmonious workplace.
- Demonstrates decisive leadership with sharp analytical insight and a solution-driven mindset to navigate complex people and regulatory challenges.
- Excellent in English, both spoken and written. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
