Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in QHSE, including at least 5 years in a QHSE Manager or Department Head role, preferably in a logistics or industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis and data interpretation, with the ability to analyze QHSE performance trends, identify patterns, and provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methodologies, including parametric and non-parametric analysis, for evaluating safety performance, quality indicators, operational risks, and the effectiveness of QHSE initiatives.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software, particularly SPSS, STATISTICA, and Python, to process, interpret, and present QHSE-related data effectively.
• In-depth understanding of applicable occupational health and safety regulations, with the ability to translate regulatory obligations into company policies, procedures, and effective HSE management strategies.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS), including risk identification and assessment, document control, compliance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to applicable management system requirements.
• Knowledge and experience in incident and accident investigations, including identifying unsafe acts and conditions, analyzing root causes, preparing accurate investigation reports, and recommending appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Excellent written and spoken Business English, supported by strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement in QHSE performance.
• Have strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and spoken). Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
