Requirement:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or bio-industry operations with lead and manage PPIC activities, including production planning, inventory control, material availability, and coordination of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Monitor production performance and operational efficiency, including production budgets, resource utilization, manpower allocation, and overall achievement of production targets.
• Ensure adequate inventory and material availability to support continuous production while maintaining efficient stock levels and minimizing operational disruptions.
• Supervise equipment readiness and reliability, including inspection, preventive maintenance, calibration, and coordination of corrective actions to ensure production equipment remains safe and operational.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying operational inefficiencies, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Support product development and process improvement, working collaboratively with relevant teams to improve production processes, productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and overall operational performance.
• Prepare and analyze production and operational reports, providing clear insights on performance, issues, resource utilization, and improvement opportunities to support management decision-making.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with solid knowledge of PPIC, production operations, microbiology/bio-industry processes, and Quality Management Systems.
• Communicate as well as professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal). A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Agriculture, Biology, Bioprocess, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
