Requirement:

• Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience in healthcare or hospital settings, coordinate with internal committees, third parties, government agencies, and healthcare partners to ensure effective hospital operations, adherence to service standards, and collaboration in healthcare delivery.
• Ensure the seamless, integrated delivery of hospital services in alignment with the hospital’s strategic plans and business objectives, guided by the owners and the Board of Directors.
• Execute and oversee all hospital policies, ensuring they conform to applicable laws, standards, and accreditation requirements, while aligning with the hospital’s vision and mission.
• Promote and monitor the ongoing development, credentialing, and adherence to ethical and disciplinary standards among all professional staff, maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• Guarantee the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with professional standards, hospital policies, and legal regulations, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
• Develop, propose, and implement strategic, operational, and financial plans, including annual budgets, to achieve targeted hospital performance, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate hospital functions, staff performance, and service outcomes through reports, meetings, and audits to ensure achievement of operational targets and compliance with standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and foster collaborative efforts across departments, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage staff, stakeholders, and external partners, and the capability to lead change management initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences or a related field is required, with a Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management preferred, especially for candidates with a medical background.
