Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a comparable healthcare/hospital role or as a Project Manager, with strong expertise in hospital operations spanning both clinical and non-clinical functions, complemented by proven experience in operational management, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive end-to-end hospital service operations, ensuring efficient coordination across front office, patient services, and supporting functions to deliver a seamless, responsive, and high-quality patient journey.
• Translate operational excellence strategies into impactful hospital-wide initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to improve patient satisfaction, service performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Build and strengthen operational governance by implementing service controls, performance standards, SOPs, and monitoring mechanisms that promote consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Turn patient and stakeholder feedback into measurable service improvements by monitoring complaints, identifying recurring issues, evaluating root causes, and developing targeted corrective and improvement programs.
• Provide strategic and hands-on operational leadership across hospital functions, leveraging strong knowledge of clinical and non-clinical operations to optimize workflows, improve service efficiency, and ensure alignment with healthcare quality and business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
