Requirement:

• Minimum of with at least 8 years of mid-level management experience in freight forwarding, with strong knowledge of ocean freight processes, documentation, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Lead and oversee end-to-end Ocean Freight Operations, fulfil the FCL and LCL core carrier adherence while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of daily operations and customer management, ensuring all inquiries, shipment updates, and ensuring the daily operations up-to-date and all inquiries answered within the same day or within 24 hours.
• Drive financial performance by ensuring accurate billing, cost control, accrual management, and timely monthly closing while maintaining profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, trucking providers, overseas offices, and agents to secure competitive rates, space allocation, and reliable service delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to support business growth, retain key accounts, and provide market insights to strengthen commercial strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with SOPs, including documentation, data entry, shipment tracking, and timely closure of job files, while maintaining high data quality standards.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher, logistics or any related fields. Communicate fluently in English (written and verbal) supported by proficiency in TMS systems and DG certification as an advantage.
