Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, with a strong track record in prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and deal closing, as well as a solid understanding of the end-to-end B2B sales cycle within the healthcare, hospital, medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or research sectors.
• Drive business growth and revenue generation by acquiring new clients and expanding strategic accounts across key healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, and clinical research sectors.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with clients, healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical companies, research organizations, and other key industry stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities.
• Lead market intelligence, business expansion, and commercial strategy, identifying emerging opportunities, market trends, and growth areas to strengthen the company’s competitive position.
• Strengthen corporate positioning and market visibility through impactful branding, media, social media, and lead-generation strategies that accelerate brand awareness and commercial growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing partnership, media, social media, and branding teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and strong commercial execution.
• Cultivate and maintain high-value relationships with clients, institutions, strategic partners, and key stakeholders to drive long-term business growth and customer loyalty.
• Demonstrates exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills, coupled with strong commercial acumen, a results-driven mindset, and a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding business targets.
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, Management, or related field.
