Head of Human Resources
Requirement:
- Minimum 15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably from retail or FMCG industries, with strong preference for candidates coming from fashion retail or other fast-moving, paced-paced environments.
- Partner closely with business leaders and management teams to align HR strategies with overall business objectives, while acting as a trusted advisor in workforce and organizational matters.
- Lead organizational health initiatives, monitor and analyze turnover trends, workforce productivity, and employee-related metrics to identify risks, provide recommendations, and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning, and continuous improvement of HR initiatives, and retention strategies to support long-term business continuity
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to ensure employee development programs are aligned with current business priorities and future organizational needs.
- Drive a high-performance and positive workplace culture by implementing HR best practices, strengthening employee engagement, and effectively managing complex people-related matters.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and regional teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between HR and business functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good in English, both spoken and written. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline is required; educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
