Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of healthcare industry experience with strong expertise in clinic operations, proven ability to enhance patient experience, drive growth in Occupational Health and Medical Check-Up services, optimize high-volume operations, ensure quality and compliance, achieve EBITDA targets, and lead teams to deliver operational excellence & business expansion.
• Proven experience in leading and managing clinic operations with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and service excellence.  
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and high-volume performance.  
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements to ensure clinic adherence.
• Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to align clinic operations with organizational goals and drive sustainable business growth.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing cross-functional medical and administrative teams, fostering collaboration and driving team excellence.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fluency in English (spoken and written). A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is preferred.
